Overview

Siteng Cloud is a developer tools & API platform that aggregates **Chinese large models only**: it is fully OpenAI-compatible, so pointing base_url at api.siteng.xin/v1 is enough to migrate, and billing follows actual token usage. All compute nodes sit in mainland China.

How to use it

1. Sign up at siteng.xin with a phone number or email and complete individual identity verification
2. Top up as needed and create an API key in the console, with optional spend caps, expiry and IP allowlists
3. Point requests at api.siteng.xin/v1 and send one minimal call with your existing OpenAI SDK
4. Check usage and cost in the console, then wire it into your production project
