外语口语：按场景练，带纠错
设定场景让模型扮演对方，你只说目标语言，每轮结束给一句纠错。

2. Ask one question at a time and wait for my answer.
3. After my each reply, add one short line prefixed with "FIX:" that corrects my most important mistake (grammar or word choice), with the corrected sentence only.

- 「FIX 只改最重要的一个错」能避免每轮被一堆纠正打断，练习节奏才保得住
常见问题
它会不会一直夸我？
会，除非明确要求纠错。第 3 条就是为压住这一点加的。想更严格就写 "be strict, correct every grammar error"。
练多久合适？
一次 10～15 分钟，一个场景。换场景比重开同一个场景更有效。
