What do I need to get started?

You need an active Amazon seller account with products listed on the marketplace. We handle every step from there: detection, case building, and filing.

Is this a black hat service?

Absolutely not. TraceFuse is 100% compliant with Amazon's Terms of Service. We only file cases for reviews that violate Amazon's own policies and guidelines and we've never had a customer's account suspended.

Do you need access to my account?

Yes, but only limited access. We’ll ask you to invite us as a User on your account with just a couple of specific permissions. We don’t need full account access, and you stay in full control. This allows us to work more effectively on your behalf while staying fully within Amazon’s Terms of Service.

What does it cost?

We operate on a pure pay-per-performance model — you're only charged $250 per review we successfully remove. If we don't remove it, you don't pay for it.

Is there any risk to my account?
